Birkdale Restoration - Case Study
We were asked to look at this property in Birkdale because it had been pebble dashed and the client wanted it removed. Because it was in a conservation area it did not comply with planning permission. Client had struggled to get a contractor because of potential unknown damage to facing brick.
The ornate brick embellishments had been chipped off and flattened above the door and windows to accommodate the render. We took the work on replacing any damaged brick with reclaimed brick to match the existing and sourced some matching ornate brick from the reclamation yard.
The results of the project where well received by residents and the client.
